I’m a Masters qualified mortgage broker with a passion for obtaining the best possible deals. My love for entrepreneurship and brokering top notch deals sparked my decision to start my own brokerage business.My business has the capability to do the following types of loans:- Commercial; and- Residential; and - Asset; and- More. In the past, I have worked in property development, have run my own web development business and been employed in various corporate roles.     OracleCMS is a customer service and software company (CRM, facilities management & smartphone/tablet applications) which services a number of large private organisations in different industries, local councils and government departments allowing each to outsource a number of services. Within the marketing aspect of my role, I develop OralceCMS merchandise for current and prospective clients. I also create advertisements (print) of OracleCMS services. In addition I create a number of processes and guidelines to ensure that clients made a smooth transition into using marketing tools created by OracleCMS.I manage a number of projects for government and private organisations, most include analysis,reporting and recommendations. I also create mock-ups of Smartphone/tablet applications and websites using Balsalmiq, Microsoft Visio and Adobe Photoshop and a host of online tools. The final aspect of my role entails business development where I complete tenders and proposals to prospective clients. All the aforementioned activities have gained more business for OracleCMS.     The purpose of my role at GUD Automotive was to determine the oil, air, fuel and cabin filters the company was to put into production. I did this by:1. Analysing the market trends, gaps and openings to take advantage of all opportunities.2. Regularly speaking to sales representatives about urgent product needs and completing projects for them to help the company gain additional sales.3. Regularly aiding customers with product related enquiries and new releases.To perform the above tasks, I would use my analytical, research and project management skills. I would also use my stakeholder management skills and utilised the relationships that I created within: engineering, IT, finance, sales, marketing and customer service.I also informed the market place of new product releases and updates by way of a monthly bulletin – a project that I managed end to end, managed the automotive database which was a key driver for the entire business plus I created, changed and edited complete departmental processes.My achievements were as follows:- Managing the customer service team of 3 when their direct report, the Marketing Manager, was on leave. - Restructuring the out of date database and website resulting in a discovery of 1,200 new applications for existing products in the Ryco range over a 12 month span. This was triple the findings of the previous year.- Undertaking a project for the company to restructure the pollen filter category. I analysed of our range, the number of vehicles on road and potential market share which could be gained if priorities were made. This led to a gap reduction plus a result orientated goal for GUD.

The purpose of these projects was to analyse and measure the feasibility of new products releases and/or business ventures.In a broad sense, these projects included (amongst other things): - Primary Research - Secondary Research - Recommendations based on the aboveThese projects developed my business planning skills along with my research and analytical skills.     The main purpose of my role at BMW Group Australia was to the manage all the communications that the department made to dealers and customers and to also co-manage the entire MINI range with one of the product managers. Some of these project I managed included the Indoor Communication System (ICS), a DVD based system that dealers would use to show customers the car of their choice with an LCD TV. It showcased the way in which BMW technologies benefited them and how the various additional cost options would improve their cars appearance and/or performance.I also managed the build your own BMW section of the BMW.com.au & MINI.com.au websites. This allows customers to spec and price their ideal car from the comfort of their own home and ensures that they know exactly what car, options they want before they even walk into a dealership.I wrote all the product bulletins and after a short time, BMW head offices from other countries elected to use my bulletins instead of creating their own.I played a key role in BMW Australia strategy and product releases by co-managing the MINI range together with a product manager. This saw me conduct competitor analysis's, sales forecasts, proposed pricing, specifications and options. In addition to this, I created numerous contacts around the Australian car industry which gave BMW far greater access to competitor product loans that they previously had.As a result of working for BMW, I gained an excellent overall understanding of the end to end product planning phase. Starting from a simple spreadsheet and PowerPoint presentation to the end result, a new product arriving in the country. I also gained invaluable skills in project and time management while continuing to effectively use my creativity and stakeholder management skills.
