Used a ‘lessons learned’ list from a past project with client to make changes proactively so past problems did not re-occur. • Created Equipment Tracking System to easily locate ship loose equipment in the field. This system identified crate number, tracking number and item which enabled field personnel to locate equipment items quickly in the field.

The task force consisted of vendors and AER members mandated to update the Directive to include enclosed ground flares, and to tighten up flaring and incinerator regulations.• Reduced cost of incinerator controls by 10% by utilizing new temperature controller that came on the market. The original temperature controller was more expensive because it had far more features that weren’t being utilized. By changing controllers with new technology but fewer features, the control cost was reduced.
