As a sales assistant at Mountain Warehouse, I provide excellent customer service, product knowledge, and sales support to a diverse range of customers. I have been working in this role for over two years, developing my skills in communication, customer service, time management and resilience. I have also contributed to the store's performance, achieving sales targets within the store, achieving company wide incentives and achieving positive customer reviews. I have a keen interest in law and geography, which I pursued in my A levels at Elliott Hudson College. I enjoy learning about different cultures, legal systems, and environmental issues, and how they affect our society and economy. I am passionate about delivering quality service, working as part of a team, and enhancing my knowledge and skills.
