Key responsibilities: • day to day monitoring, operation, control and management of treatment works process• optimising works to cut costs/ improve water quality• collecting, handling and interpreting data• water quality analysis, ensuring paper/ electronic records are up to date• working with electrical/ mechanical technicians to rectify faults• toxic gas changes/ BA & confined spaced trained• handling/ taking delivery of hazardous chemicals• issuing permits to work & confined space entry permits to work• management of SCADA and process alarms• instrumentation validation• out of hours standby/ lone working

Key responsibilities: • leading a team to deliver safe, leading water quality and cost-efficient water supplies to meet customer demand• planning and co-ordinating with service providers such as water quality, asset investment and maintenance• writing co-ordination plans, method statements and risk assessments• implementing health and safety plans to ensure compliance with legislation and company procedures• managing staff resource to ensure shifts and planned work are covered• appraisals and performance conversations completed• ensuring sites are compliant with Quality Standards

Key responsibilities: • working as part of team to ensure all compliance water samples are taken and delivered on time• water sampling is completed to a high standard and complies with both company and authority standards• provide great customer service when dealing with customers• standby and weekend rota• attending training days as well as being readily available to do overtime

Key responsibilities: • working with the line manager in helping to run the home shopping department • recruiting/ training staff to deliver great customer service • working alongside stock team to achieve excellent availability for customers• organising of rotas/ hours for personal shoppers• working with the driving team supports to run a smooth operation throughout the day
