As Director of Sales & Estimating I oversee both the retail sales department as well as the project estimating department. For the sales department I keep track of quality control and customer satisfaction as well as well help with any problems or questions the salesmen run into. As for the project estimating department I decide which projects to bid on and assign the projects to each of the project estimators. I also make sure project drawings are available for review by subcontractors, bid projects, handle change orders for current projects, and help with project negotiations and sales.

Submit estimates for structural steel projects. Coordinate with subcontractors to get bids in by the designated deadline. Make follow up phone calls to get feedback on prior bids.

Sold steel to walk-in customers, phone sales, and small contractors. Put orders into production and updated customers on lead times.

Estimate accident damage to vehicles.Order and inventory parts.Negotiate supplemental repairs with insurance companies.Customer service.
