And that needs to be done at home.Active Allowance was a Saas service that combined Allowances, Chores and a family virtual bank, all working together to help kids learn to make choices and parents find teachable moments.

ICOM was one of the first companies anywhere to bring true targeted marketing to an information-rich, permission-based database - even before this term was invented.We built the company organically, from my glimmer of an idea as a Brand Manager at P&G, to a $70 million dollar business - all in the pre-Internet era when it wasn't yet cool to be an entrepreneur, and targeted marketing merely meant better demographic selection for your TV buy.We became the #1 player globally in this space.
