As an intern at Strategic Media Inc. in Portland, Maine, I had numerous responsibilities during my time here. I supported the client service team with new client onboarding, daily and weekly client calls. I worked on several projects to help both the client achieve improved campaign results and Strategic Media increase services offered to their clients. I assisted the podcast team in reviewing show host reads of client talking points, I critiqued and offered suggestions to help with those reads in hopes of delivering a better response. I also worked with the accounting department to help make sure invoices were paid to radio and podcast stations and that monthly billing was closed in a timely manner.
