I've taught soft skills to call center and customer service pros, compliance training, created and presented deeply technical certification programs, created automated software for an FAA-certified flight simulator to teach people how to fly, and even taught a room full of non-pilots how to fly and land a plane in case of emergency (ask me how I administered the exam)!I provide training that yields quantifiable business results via classroom instruction, OTJ coaching, CBT and WBT (both live and recorded). Training that I create is adherent to modern versions of the ADDIE instruction model to ensure fast and continuous curriculum improvement based on the efficacy of past training courses as well as any changing business needs. Additionally, I have used several SCORM compliant software applications to build, deliver and measure learning initiatives, all with a strong understanding of adult learning theory.I am blessed with a rare combination of attributes that makes me a top trainer: I am great at teaching, and I have a strong technical mind. Sure, I've taught many in sales and soft skills, but I've also created and delivered technical OEM certification courses to engineers, medical professionals, security pros, etc... I have technical certifications ranging from computer and network management and security, to building automation systems, to physical & electronic security...I even have a HAM radio license (because I love to learn!).
