I am driven by leadership, people and culture and with a strong HR background can advise on HR related matters in addition to broader business operations.When working with each client, I explore their vision and the business in depth, and work collaboratively with them to think of different ways the business can be improved. Examples of advice that may result from such consultation may be business expansion, organisation restructure, refinancing or the implementation of aggressive sales and marketing strategies. Having worked with a diverse range of businesses on a global scale, I am confident in working with leaders in innovating their business strategy and models, encouraging activity such as engaging in new ventures, and assisting them in establishing and maintaining high performance cultures.A passionate sailor, I am also the Founder of an innovative tech startup in the marine industry. Further, I have scaled two Professional Services firms, run three women's advocacy organisations and have advised and sat on several Boards.
