Lead the national training and leadership development team.- Strategically define the direction of future learning across the business units;- Design, deliver and measure a portfolio of programs and experiences which will prepare our Talents for the evolutive skill needs;- Manage key external vendor relationships;- Implement a data-driven approach to continuously improving learning, skill building and development options – considering current and future employee and business needs;- Develop and maintain the HRMS for all Talent development initiatives;

• Cultivate and maintain solid relationships with managers to assist them with analyzing training needs, as well as designing and following up on individual development plans;• Use a proactive approach in recruiting and developing our internal network of trainers and coaches;• Coordinate the welcome and integration program;• Contribute to the growth of our talent by coordinating and assisting development cohorts at Pomerleau’s training centre.• Take pride in collaborating with our training design team and technical experts to maximize transfer of knowledge;

• Designe, deliver and manage management development training program;• Collaborate with the Organizational Change Management team to deliver Change Managementtraining to leadership team;• Manage external vendor relationships for technical and project management skills development across the organization

• Manage a network of Peer Trainers;• Delivere a variety of courses including Change Management, Behavioural Interviewing, Situational Leadership, Communication Skills, Coaching and Team Leadership;• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and deliver training for new Learning Management System (Success Factors) and Social Media Collaboration platform (JAM)
