• Senior team leader, responsible for overseeing structuring, underwriting and closing first mortgage bridge loans of $10MM - $75MM for the firm's balance sheet.• Since inception, ACRES has closed over $1.25B of transactions. Its financing products have allowed its clients to acquire, refinance and/or enhance both distressed and non-distressed properties, portfolios and notes.
