Specialising in General Management and Finance for both UK and US companies, domestically and internationally, I have over 35 years experience from venture capital backed tech start-ups to Fortune 500 quoted groups.Reaching the position of Chief Accountant at 27 years old, heading up a team of 35, I went on to jointly lead the management buyout of the UK subsidiary of a California based software company. Having seized this opportunity to run my own company, managing its rapid domestic growth through to its eventual sale in 2005, I was keen to continue. Co-founding Iotatech in 2016 we have successfully developed and scaled within the General Insurance industry as an Operational Software Solutions provider. I am experienced both financially and operationally having consistently headed up Finance, Operations, HR, IT, Systems, Legal, Facilities and Risk Management in countries as far apart as Australia and Sweden and as diverse as France and Germany. Commercially astute and equally at home stretching the cash flow, crunching the numbers or driving the strategy, I am able, experienced and qualified to fully support the Chief Executive realise the vision.I am a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and have an MBA from Surrey European Management School at the University of Surrey.
