Working with Lean methodologies, we successfully implemented an efficient model of care, removing wait times and enhancing clinical outcomes.As a member of the Program Delivery Group alongside SA Health executives, Digital Health SA and SAAS, I delivered a patient evaluation system and reported delivery of quality domains, a consumer-centric approach, achieving patient net promoter score of over 80 within the first 8 months.
