Complete ownership of the procurement management of top tier GSA's (Global strategic accounts) eg: Shell / Microsoft / Johnson & Johnson / Glaxo Smithkline etc) - This was in addition to the CORE role the objective of which was travelling globally to ensure best practice, governance, functional / commercial and operational alignment of all International and regional procurement departments. Ensuring focus on global leverage of procurement contracts and agreements and installing strong leadership within procurement ethics, and operations. After an incredibly successful initial period of evaluation, analysis and short / med / long term objective commitment and the delivery of a time sensetive roadmap to board level - the role was unfortunately untenable due to the impacts on travel as a result of the global pandemic.

Implementation and collaborative execution of KANBAN / Just in time supply methodology and strong stock management / forecasting and issue resolution.
