• Having 6 years of experience in data analytics and 3 years’ experience in big data management. Continuous Working on POC to enhance team’s capabilities in new technologies to provide best solutions to customers.• Experience in master data management, architectural data governance, Data warehouse architecture, data security, managing risks related to data and assuring data integrity & compliance. • End to end deliveries management, program management for data related projects for Microsoft client. This is combination of BI, big data management and data analytics. • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate business needs into long-term business intelligence solutions.• Having exposure of ETL/ELT operations on Big Data Platform. • Providing solutions for Big Data management using (Hadoop, Pig, Hive, Sqoop, Oozie, HBase, Spark and Scala). Having hands-on experience in big data technologies. • Working in Azure security, Azure SQL Data warehouse, ADF and HDInsight. Experience in managing data in Cloud. • Having knowledge of NoSQL databases – MongoDB, Cassandra• Creating POC in statistical modeling (Regression, Classification, text mining and visualization.• Proficiency in extracting required data for analysis from source systems, data manipulation & data wrangling (Python/ Numpy/ Pandas, etc.)• Using devops model and agile methodology in deliveries including Schedule / Scope, Planning deliverables, Risk Management, Effort Estimations, SLA Monitoring and Change Management.• Client Engagement  Discussions for effort/cost/time estimation and coordination with different stakeholders and status reporting. Demonstrating trend analysis to client for products like skype/outlook/teams.• Motivate, coach and train young BI engineers on latest MS BI technology and trends.• Managing teams - Lead, Coach and Mentor team of Data Engineers. Handling teams of 80+ people.
