• Level 2 technical support remotely for customers' Endpoints with a focus on networking, server, virtualization, cloud, systems and remote desktop support • Manage and reviews ticket in ticketing system (Manage engine SDP) to cater and followup issues raised by client following the standard SLA and promptly manage the ticket based on ITIL 4 and guide team member accordingly. • Monitor various IT tools such as Riverbed (Network), Nagious (Server), Crowdstrike (Cybersecurity)… Show more • Level 2 technical support remotely for customers' Endpoints with a focus on networking, server, virtualization, cloud, systems and remote desktop support • Manage and reviews ticket in ticketing system (Manage engine SDP) to cater and followup issues raised by client following the standard SLA and promptly manage the ticket based on ITIL 4 and guide team member accordingly. • Monitor various IT tools such as Riverbed (Network), Nagious (Server), Crowdstrike (Cybersecurity), Checkpoint (O365, Email) and Aruba Central (Network) and perform L2 troubleshoot such as analyses and gather information, configure and provide/proceed resolution step. • Raise RMA for faulty network devices via portal • Communicate with various vendor for various product to troubleshoot the issue from the product end, vulnerabilities and issue raised by client. • Perform firmware upgrade to aruba switches and access points via Aruba central. • Coordinate with network vendors such as cisco to perform Firewall upgrade, re-image switch and basic troubleshoot of a product issue. • Perform URL blocks raised from client via Forcepoint and do software/url verification by using various security tools such as Virus Total and provide the information gathered in a timely manner. • Check for vulnerability email/notification for o365 products, cisco products, aruba products and verify the details in vuldb and with vendors to obtain resolution actions to mitigate the issue.• Create RFCs for server patch Show less
