As a General Manager at ROTOSTAT SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, a subsidiary of Manpower Group USA, I drive the sales, delivery and execution of engineering projects ,lumpsum shutdowncontracts,arc maintenance contracts, green & brown field projects across various oil&gas,petrochemcial ,chemical,fertilziers ,rolling stock, city gas distribution. I have been in this role for over 7 years, leading a team of general matters, project managers, engineers,estimatio engineers,recruiters,purchase engineers and contractors, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.My core competencies include engineering design, quality control, contract negotiation, liaison, budgeting, and project management. I have a proven track record of completing complex and challenging shutdwon jobs within tight deadlines and budgets, such as the all major turkey shutdwon jobs in BPCl,HPCL,RIL,MRPl,HMELJSW-Dolvi, APAR-Gujarat, and projects in Alstom, ATGl and green field projects in PI industries. I also have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with a B.E degree from Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering, and an MBA in Operations from Guru Nanak Institute of Management Studies.
