• Reconciliation of day to day petty cash and banking transactions • Prepares Day book, Cash book, Payroll reports, reconciliation of Bank and debtors / creditors account, statements. • Prepare invoice, petty cash voucher, bank payment voucher, purchase order, debit note and credit note etc. • Processes payments and documents such as invoices, journal vouchers, and Verifies items billed against item ordered and received. Reconciles transactions & financial data. • Follow up Payments payable and receivable. • Making cheques, Accounts Payable, Making Statement of Accounts in every supplier & subcontractors • Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry. • Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized system and physical records. • Proper documentation for VAT filing. • Provide typing and word processing of various documents and letters, quotations, and other information. Reporting to senior managers regarding the company's finances• Coordination with auditor for auditing requirements.• Filing Documents such as Employees documents, company’s certificate. • Updating the company directory • Update the status of employees like Vacation Leave, Sick Leave, attendance, expiration and renewal of Visa, Passport & EID. • Coordinating with concern department for renewal of Trade License, Visa, Insurances, maintenance contracts, etc • Ensure visa, medical and labour permits are up to date and arrange timely renewal. • Preparing new employee files and maintaining a proper checklist of all documents • Administering company web domain and related other emails activities.
