Managing Director of Consumer Banking. Overseeing individual consumer business development, wealth management, consumer credit (mortgage, auto loans, motorcycle loans), bancassurance distribution arrangement with AIA, and supervising two (2) subsidiaries: BCA Finance and BCA Life Insurance.

Managing Director of Compliance & Risk Management. Appointed at the bank’s shareholder meeting on April 9, 2020 and received regulatory approval from the Financial Services Authority or Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) on May 14, 2020.

Currently serving as the Executive Chairman (Ketua Umum) for the second 4-year term from 2023 - 2027 of the bankers professional organization in the country called Ikatan Bankir Indonesia (IBI) which focuses on (1) internalization of bankers’ code of conduct, (2) improving the competence of Indonesian bankers in the midst of ongoing technological innovation (such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotics, and Big Data Analytics), and (3) stakeholder management and interaction on issues related to the banking industry and bankers profession in general. IBI executive management team comprises senior bankers from various banks that operate in Indonesia which include Large Publicly-Listed Banks (including all State-Owned Banks), Small & Medium-Size Banks, Syariah Banks, Regional/Provincial Banks, Foreign Bank Subsidiaries, and Foreign Bank Branches.

Led the strategic development of the bank’s businesses in the country which includes Corporate & Investment Banking, Global Markets, and Transaction Banking services as Indonesia Country CEO for more than 8 years (Jan 2012 to April 2020).

Served as member of the level-1 senior executive team (Board of Management) at Bank Mandiri leading a special directorate to manage the bank-wide corporate transformation program including all non-organic strategic initiatives via acquisitions and strategic alliances. Also served as a member of the bank's highest level credit committee representing credit risk management.

Worked as management consultant at a global strategy consulting firm for more than 10 years (Sep 1996 to Sep 2006) serving clients which included leading financial institutions, corporations, and government institutions across South East Asia (Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia), Australia, South Korea, and the United States. Worked on Corporate Strategy, Business Unit Strategy, Organizational Design, Post Merger Integration, Business Building, Restructuring, Turnaround, Corporate Transformation, and Operational Performance Improvement.
