As a Planning Division Leader for Cooperation, Project and Stakeholder Management at the Korea-Indonesia Marine Technology Cooperation Research Center (MTCRC), I am responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the field of marine science and technology, including government agencies, institutions, universities, and ministries. I graduated from Diponegoro University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Sciences in 2019, and I have been working at MTCRC since 2020, starting as a planning staff and then becoming a senior staff member before taking on my current leadership role.In my current and previous roles, I have successfully collaborated with stakeholders to identify opportunities for cooperation and partnership, facilitated communication and cooperation between stakeholders to achieve common goals, and monitored and assessed the effectiveness of cooperation efforts and made recommendations for improvement. I have also developed and implemented plans and strategies to enhance cooperation among stakeholders, prepared project plans, reports, and presentations on cooperation matters to share with stakeholders, and provided support to stakeholders as needed to ensure successful cooperation and partnership. Some of the projects that I have been involved in or led include ocean and coastal basic survey and capacity enhancement in Cirebon, Indonesia, establishment of application system for managing Indonesian waters using Korean geostationary satellite, smart aquaculture technology and facility support for seaweed and Napoleon fish in Indonesia, establishing integrated ocean fisheries technology training center and enhancing capacity building in Indonesia, and survey and enhancement of blue carbon ecosystem in Indonesia and establishment of blue carbon technology center. I am passionate about building strong relationships and facilitating effective cooperation between stakeholders, and I have a proven ability to manage projects and possess leadership qualities that support cooperation. I am also eager to learn new skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to cooperation and partnership.
