• Fundamental responsibility for the digitalization initiatives at the HSG. In areas where digitalization is driven by the respective departments, responsibility is limited to providing the best possible support and ensuring an adequate IT architecture.• Supervision, monitoring and active adaptation of digital solutions in rapidly changing areas (e.g. mobile applications, social media and related applications, web-based information management, all kinds of applications in the field of artificial intelligence, IoT and many more).• Responsibility for the provision and operation of digital applications and platforms in order to enable processes without media discontinuity and to support HSG on its way to LEAN management in the best possible way.• Continuous market sounding, evaluation and, if necessary, implementation of adequate AI systems including close cooperation with other areas such as teaching, research, further education.
