Current- First employee of the Barrett Pricing Division, reporting directly to the CFO of Barrett. + Have one direct report (Pricing Analyst) + Defined the process to analyze new business opportunities. + Working with multiple internal teams (Sales, Engineering, PMO), capture requirements for new prospects and price new business opportunities. + Updated the Barrett Pricing Model to better capture all costs associated with an opportunity and ensure profitability across all areas of an account. + Created a new “Profile” page to create more efficient handoffs from Sales to our Project Management group. + Review 100% of Barrett customers across the year to ensure that all pricing is balanced and profitable for the company. This new initiative led to $1.01M improvement to the bottom line in year 1.- Documented and recorded within Salesforce all building leases across the network which helped identify when leases were expiring and potential market rate adjustments.- Key contributor during Sales Process leading to $20M in new business sales in 2022; $45M in new business in 2023. + Co-owner of the largest 2023 opportunity won by Barrett, $9.4M in realized revenue across the final 9 months of the year.- Member of the "Barrett Hype Squad" to help drive engagement and enhance the Barrett online presence. + Wrote 4 blog posts for BarrettDistribution.com- Mentored a High Potential team member, who's project improved productivities within the warehouse as well increase inventory accuracy.
