Prior to taking an owner/manager interest in the logistics industry, I spent 20 years in commercial, corporate and merchant banking, along with financial structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and financing for mid-market companies in North America. I spent 9 years at Roynat Capital, a fully owned subsidiary of Scotia Bank, in various progressive leadership roles, including Managing Director, Business Succession, at the time of his move in 2014. I have an MBA in Finance and BBA in marketing and am a level III CFA candidate.
