# Assist in workforce analysis and manpower demand forecasting of cylinder manufacturing & LPG filling unit of Bashundhara LP Gas Ltd. for the short term and long-term production goal with around 600 workforces. # Run day to day HR operation and Administration as per Bashundhara service rules and regulations.# Invest in employee satisfaction through recognition, training, and development, explore ways to streamline operations and reduce costs without compromising employee well-being. # Co-ordinate with Safety officer and supervisor to ensure a safe and healthy working environment and regularly inspecting the plant for potential hazards and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.# Ensuring that employees are paid accurately and in compliance with labor laws, acknowledge the findings from audit survey and take immediate corrective measures.# Negotiate with third-party contractor about specific service, confidentiality of employee data, compliance, contract termination clause, establish clear communication channels to facilitate regular contact and problem-solving, work collaboratively with the contractor to identify and implement improvements.# Effectively identify the areas where employees need improvement, distribute surveys to gather employee feedback on their training needs and career aspirations, prepare yearly training schedules, arrange or conduct training and Orientation Programs.# Utilize HRIS software to automate record-keeping, generate reports, and streamline HR processes, analyze data to identify trends and patterns, such as seasonal fluctuations in absenteeism, areas with high turnover or salary increments.# Handle grievances effectively and administer disciplinary procedures as per Bangladesh Labor Law and company policies and ensure that disciplinary actions are taken for just cause and not based on discrimination or retaliation.# Drive recruitment, selection, and retention of staff as per the headcount budget and Organizational charts.
