• Preparing Xerox workstation Printers for clients.• Coordinating between our teams and clients.• Installing, testing, configuring printers in clients sites (servers, PCs).• Make sure all printers consumables are ready and delivered to client’s sites. • Training Client employees on how to use the printers.• Doing partial IT support (hardware, DHCP, IPs, etc.) for clients as per requests.
