As a Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Youth Impact since January 2012, I have dedicated my career to making a lasting impact on youth development and community engagement. My role extends across various facets of the organization, and I take pride in being the operational brain behind our initiatives.Development Initiatives:In addition to my leadership role, I am deeply committed to driving transformative initiatives that empower and uplift our youth:Its Ok Camps: This program fosters social inclusion among vulnerable youth at risk of VE (violent extremism) by providing a safe platform for them to learn about living in harmony and coherence with diverse groups.Project SMILES: Through this initiative, we enhance the learning experience for orphans by implementing modern classroom setups, ensuring they have access to quality education and resources.Learning Ka Wheel: This comprehensive program is designed especially for government school students from less privileged areas.
