In 2009, I started an environmental NGO - ME (Man & Environment) What I thought was a small initiative completely transformed my life for the better. It exposed me to various facets of sustainable living. And most importantly, the urgent need for sustainable agriculture.Since then I’ve been committed to addressing environmental challenges through practical and scalable solutions in agriculture and beyond.That’s how Tapovanam was born in 2021.Tapoavanam is all about - Humans. Biodiversity.We've pioneered calculating the carbon footprints of organic individual vegetables showing significant carbon avoidance compared to the non-organic options.My vision is simple - To mainstream regenerative agriculture, including practices like biochar, to foster ecological balance.Also, my extensive experience in finance, investment advisory, project management, and environmental agriculture has shaped my view on integrating sustainable practices into business models for long-term impact.Lastly, embracing the concept of "Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam”, I aim to increase natural capital through nature-positive activities for the world.
