During my undergraduate studies, I participated in the Erasmus + Bosphorus project. I had a pivotal experience in which I developed economic and cultural projects between the European Union, Turkey, and Romania by demonstrating the success and initiative of a team leader.I am about to complete my master's degree in Global Affairs at Bahcesehir University. My research on the impact of the Russia-Ukraine war on the international supply chain continues.I began my professional career as a Data Entry Operator at Iron Mountain as a temporary position near the end of my undergraduate studies in 2017. I practiced using programs by entering inbound data during my short notice. Later, I continued my career at Denizbank A.S. in the customer retention department, where I learned how to reach out to customers one-on-one, to be a single point of contact, and to protect and regain our business.I've been pursuing a professional career in freight forwarding for the past four years (since 2019). I began my career in this field as an intern in Legal Counsel and Risk Management at DHL Global Forwarding. Durign my internship, I have expanded my knowledge, skills, and experience in risk management and legal processes, and I have continued to work in Supply Chain Management for the three years now.My current areas of expertise in the freight forwarding industry are including order, vendor, carrier, and supply chain management and ocean freight forwarding. While I increase my personal knowledge, experience, and practices in these aspects, I am also taking additional role for financial reportings as well as Supply Chain Management pricing and project implementations, hyper care and go live.I enjoy problem solving by establishing cause, effect, and correlations, as well as one-on-one communication with networking. My biggest ambition for the future is to provide the highest level of service to our customers and to improve people's lives through innovative implementations and solutions in our business.
