✔ As a Design Quality Engineer (Scrum Master), managing and leading team works periodically with main working methodology:Agile as a Scrum Master of Team and executing & utilizing team daily work inputs at the Scrum screens and collaborating with join scrum events (planning, review, retrospective, etc.)✔ As a Design Quality (DQ) Engineer, owing Ford DQ process to ensure Design intent, appearance harmony met with supporting Mold Flow analysis review, TGSS, okey to texture and final appearance approval with cad-based and physically checking part quality checks for all automotive body parts. ✔ As a Design Feasibility Engineer, managing design feasibility process, surface cad model creating, feasibility meeting and improvements for automotive interior trim (door trim, seat, others) and exterior trims (Lighting, Aero) at many Ford projects.✔ As a Design Feasibility Engineer, created, utilized and developed a digital design feasibility system with using low code at the Power App. & Sharepoint & TEAMS all together. It was out of my main responsibilities, used by many users, fund successfully by Studio Chief Engineer.

✔ Strong engine design and system engineering professional skilled and created in engine part design process, validation and verification, working with service, manufacturing teams.✔ Collaborating using WERS system, purchasing process of parts, ensuring the supplier capability, part and manufacturing quality at many long-termed and short-termed projects (GPDS & LCV &HCV).✔ Reducing many high & medium part and tooling cost from the high level to lower with rolling cost reduction projects and using six sigma principles: DMAIC/DFSS.✔ Creating and managing design and system process: Engine Top Covers (Upper, lower and other soft trim parts / Engine Belt, Pulley and Accessory System (FEAD).

✔ Mananing and leading for prototype launch phases of vehicles, prepared of loading charts, build schedules.✔ Developed detailed vehicle build plans for all program prototype, led prototype sign-off activities supported by the program teams, coordinated(PD) Workshop activities at various Ford projects.✔ Worked at the new Product Development (PD) workshop facility building during the all construction timing that was out of may main responsibilities and awarded at the end of the year by GM.

✔ I was responsible for designing and developing of Body Interior Trim parts (carpet, Overhead Console, Headliner, Door Trim, Grab handle etc.). Same roles and responsbility with Engine & Transmission Engineering
