● Lead a team consisting of several technicians , managing and completing work related to buildingconstruction and maintenance.● Maintain all buildings, drainage, roads and all company infrastructure and plan, review and report preventive and predictive maintenance work by CMMS in the scope of civil works.● Managing and controlling activities related to Painting, Scaffolding, Insulation, Digging/Excavation,Surveying and Activities related to civil work. Coordinate with contractors who carry out maintenance and construction of new buildings and supervise civil-related work● Develop plant modifications and repair proposals in the scope of civil works. Create and update maintenance procedure documents in the civil works sector.

● Supervise the implementation of sub-contractor work from aspects of procedures and quantity of work based on contract documents. Carry out inspection of sub-contractor drawings based on plan drawings. Provide direction in the implementation of work to comply with technical specifications and check As-built drawings.● Monitoring the QA/QC plan and ensuring incorporated materials on construction project are in compliance with the plan and specifications.● Assuring that the construction work is performed as required by the contract and meets the required qualities. Assuring the acceptable quality of materials and processes in the project. Following up the Soil work, soil test, concreting works, slump test and cube preparation for the compressive test. Follow and maintain company standards of quality in accordance with company quality system requirement.

● Carrying out technical planning for civil & drilling infrastructure in general, preparing civil and infrastructure construction contracts for geothermal exploration drilling projects. Make detailed plans for project activity programs in terms of technical, cost and time.● Conduct civil FEED evaluations and drilling preparation infrastructure, make estimates of plans and budgets for civil construction and geothermal drilling infrastructure costs, identify risks of civil construction activities and geothermal drilling infrastructure and prepare solutions to handle them.● Providing construction management plans, analyzing and understanding tender documentation.● Conduct civil FEED evaluations and building preparation infrastructure, make estimates of plans and budgets for civil construction and geothermal building infrastructure costs, identify risks of civil construction activities and geothermal building infrastructure and prepare solutions to handle them.

● Supervising Sub-Contractor to conduct all civil work. Provide advice the sub-contractor in the fieldconcerning engineering aspect of the construction work and design, resolving any discrepancies, ambiguities and resolution of engineering drawing interpretation.● Monitoring and updating the sub-contractor schedule and reporting to Site Engineer.● Review Inspection and Test Plan, work procedures and method statements and control of the quality system.● Witnessing and approve all site inspections (civil/structure/architecture activities, including but not limited to excavation, backfilling, compaction, rebar inspection, formwork inspection, soil test, concrete pouring and concrete test, material inspection, steel structure etc).● Coordinate meeting with Sub-Contractors and Monitoring progress of Sub-Contractors per day/weekly basis.
