• Facility Management: Manage approximately 23,000 SQM of space, including a yard, office, and warehouse. • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with shipping and receiving clerks to manage trailer docking, shipment unloading, and product loading. • Maintenance and Repairs: Coordinate maintenance and repair services to ensure the facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained. • Policy Enforcement: Implement and enforce facility policies and procedures. • Sustainability: Implement environmentally friendly practices, monitor energy consumption, and manage waste. • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory equipment handling, maintenance, and delivery. • Process Evaluation: Assist in the monitoring and evaluation of process equipment and flows to select optimal designs. • Commercial Lease Management: Manage commercial lease agreements. • Facility Cost and Allocation: Oversee facility costs, portfolio management, and space allocation. • Staff Management: Manage a staff, review employee performance, and set goals for improvement. • Employee Development: Develop job procedures and strategies for employees. • Hazard Identification: Keep a lookout for unsafe behavior and regulatory breaches.
