- Identify and target potential clients and business opportunities within the construction, Government, Private, and Real Estate sector.- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.- Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals to secure new construction and real estate projects.- Tendering and preparing technical and commercial proposals, (Up to 5 billion/ year).- Pre-Qualification of the company for government and private sector clients.- Prepare technical and commercial proposals as per RFP requirements (Executive Summary, Company Intro, Tender Organization Chart, Methodology statement for each service, Mobilization & Transition In Plan, manpower/ Resource Histogram, Training Plan, Quality Management, Health & Safety, Etc- Company meeting representative in, pre-tenders, post-tender, and preparing meeting presentations.- Local content planning and cost estimation.- Handling with tenders and PM dashboards (Etimad, SAP Ariba, Aconex, …)- Coordination with government clients and private sector stakeholders in the execution phase.- Liaise with the Procurement department to negotiate with approved vendors/suppliers and subcontractors for special services/ materials as per RFP requirements.- Estimate required manpower, spare parts and consumables for Hard and Soft Services as per RFP.- Generates weekly and monthly status reports of progress/wins/ losses, and invoices, to the top management.- Monitor and control project processes keeping projects as planned cost, time, and scope, and keep the deliverables on track.

- Supervised and managed four projects, “Maintenance and rehabilitation roads in southern and western Riyadh region” (SR 300 Million), owned by the General Administration of Operation and Maintenance of Riyadh Municipality.- Workflow planning, weekly and monthly plans.- Monitor and control the monthly executed activities invoices and cash flow for projects.- Solve engineering challenges using extensive detailed design experience and knowledge.- Monitor and control sub-contractors, suppliers, and project teams.- Coordination with projects stakeholders (clients, consultants, others)- Manage periodic meetings with the engineering staff, coordination, guidance, and follow-up team productivity.- Procurement management and controlling procurement orders to the projects.- Reporting to the company management office

- Supervision and managed “Reconstruction and maintenance of main roads sidewalks in the south of Riyadh project” (SR 80 Million) owned by the General Administration of Operation and Maintenance in the Riyadh Municipality.- Design and implement sub- projects (milling, asphalting, sidewalks, road safety, irrigation systems, and landscaping).- Manage project execution within budget and time planned and hand over the project items as planned.- Preparing monthly invoices and work requests and reporting to the project consultant.- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.

- Supervised and managed the “construction of hospitality and housing buildings of Qemmet Al Rawasi project in Riyadh.” (SR 10 Million)- The project included all design phases, budgeting, construction, finishing, and landscaping works, in addition to the mechanical and electrical works of the project.- Coordination of subcontractors and materials suppliers.- Control the procurement process during the project.- Project delivery process and final turnkey.

- Supervised and managed “The Project of The Custodian of The Two Holly Mosque King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz For Development of Security Headquarters – Hafr Al Batin, KAP 2D” (SR 45 Million) owned by Joannou & Paraskevaides (Saudi Arabia) LTD – Ministry of Interior.- Coordination with the main contractor J&P and Consultant.- Review and implementation of design drawings on site.- Review shop drawings and approve them from the project owner.- Reporting weekly and monthly to leading management and main contractor.- Preparing monthly invoices and work requests.- Preparing project plans (Execution, safety, quality, traffic).- Site resource management (equipment, logistics, engineering staff)

- Worked as a site civil engineer rule for several road construction projects (earthworks, leveling, asphalt, sidewalks, lighting, and landscape). Owned by the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs.-Worked as site civil engineer for "Implementation of the main highway and agricultural roads project near Huraymlaa". Owned by the ministry of Transportation.

- Worked as a site civil engineer rule for " Construction of sewage network in Sarra village project"Owned by European Union.- Follow-up design drawings phase, daily site activities, survey works, activity execution until completion.- Prepare reports, daily, and monthly, change orders, and prepare monthly financial invoices.
