I'm a staff product designer at Alibaba Travels Co., where I design digital products for the travel industry that are user-friendly, effective, and engaging. I have over four years of experience in product design, with a focus on user research and data analysis to gain insights into user behavior and preferences and to create user-centric solutions.Previously, I was a design team lead and a senior product designer at Alibaba Travels Co., where I was responsible for designing a consistent yet familiar product for each platform, finding app user's pain points in the user journey map, expanding app user journeys, updating UI with new design language system, and leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
