His main specialty is multidisciplinary design optimization of rotor blade and propeller systems. Aerodynamic performance, structural strength, vibration and also some simple noise prediction methods. He had experience on air vehicle design, system integration and design of composite structures in many projects based on civilian and defense industries. He has worked as Rotorcraft Design Engineer for development of experimental 2 tons light commercial helicopter project for more than ten years. His was responsible of preliminary design and sizing of helicopter, fuselage and blade design, systems integration, CAD modeling of the systems. He worked as design group leader at last three years of the project. During the project he developed a helicopter sizing and performance prediction code He also worked as a chief designer of unmanned helicopter development project. 90 kg. Unmanned helicopter system was designed, manufactured and tested. He led an engineering group to develop, rotor, transmission, power systems and structure. He also coordinated manufacturing of all systems and led the testing studies.He led the structural design group for analysis and design of fully composite 10m wing span unmanned aircraft project. Static and dynamic analysis results evaluated according to composite failure criterion s and design instructions supplied by customer.He developed a propeller design optimization and sizing code for propeller development project. at the end of the project a prototype of an unmanned aircraft propeller designed, manufactured and tested. Sizing algorithm of the propeller design code mostly based on performance optimization. He goes on working to develop this code to include structural constraints. He is still working for multirotor unmanned vehicle development and structural design projects. He is an expert on mechanism and surface design by CATIA V5. Also he has wide experience on Finite Element analysis both on composite and metallic structures.
