MEP PROJECT MANAGER DUTIES:• Overseeing entire project operations, from design review, issuing method statement, defining scope, estimating duration, providing resources, minimizing contract conflicts, managing and coordinating the project work at sites as per established schedules and confirming that deliverables are achieved by obtaining the final acceptance from the relevant stakeholders.• Commercial: Preparation of contractual correspondences. Review of LOIs, and subcontract agreements. Preparation of monthly interim payment, and subcontractors’ payment certificates. Certifying materials suppliers’ invoices against deliveries. Submission and negotiations of variations notifications and orders. Project Budget review, monitor and updates. Estimation & budget uplifts. Preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) Claims and their related prolongation cost, compensation against productivity losses and acceleration cost.• Planning & Scheduling: Assist and review of Baseline program, construction programs, and look ahead schedules. Preparation of Manpower histogram, critical activities report, and delay events records.• Site Operations & Construction: Manage and supervise daily MEP activities, Monitor Civil contractor activities’ schedules. Coordinate & utilize heavy machinery, water, and power.Projects to Credit:MASAR project-Makkah, KSAProject Overview:The MASAR project located at the Western threshold of Al-Haram Mosque, this unique project is developed by Umm Al Qura for Development and construction Company (UAQ). The project is large scaled and covers an area of approximately 1.2 million square meters. The stretch of this development area is approx. 3.65km in length and width of approx. 320 meters. 1-The MASAR-1 package proposed to develop six numbers of plots consist of 3 Hotel Tower, 1 Residential Tower, 2 upscale retail/shopping malls and a Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) terminal.

• Steered commissioning of two major projects; networked extensively with consultants, contractors, designers and other engineers to ensure project delivery within agreed scope and time. Projects to Credit:• BAYZ by Danube – Business Bay - (B2B+G+29 Residential/ Commercial Building).• DAFZA –Dubai Airport Free Zone Authority- (2B+G+2P+7 Office Buildings).Selected Results:• Overseeing entire project operations, from design review, issuing method statement, defining scope, estimating duration, providing resources, minimizing contract conflicts, managing and coordinating the project work at sites as per established schedules and confirming that deliverables are achieved by obtaining the final acceptance from the relevant stakeholders. • Ensuring that the installation, inspection and testing of all the MEP equipment, fittings and work implemented, risk assessments and safe systems of work submitted by contractors meets the specification and requirements of the Company management systems.• Optimizing project deliverables by interlinking vital project elements and sequencing project schedule; recommending the required changes to cater to customer needs and eliminating scope gaps by regularly communicating project goals along with authorities/ responsibilities to a variety of project participants.• Taking responsibility to directly manage the safety, quality, and conformance of all MEP scope on the construction project by confirming all contractors and suppliers are following safety best practices, validating that drawings and specifications accurately reflect the desired construction quality and managing equipment quality including review of Specifications, bid analysis, PO's, Submittals, logistics, protection, installation, startup and commissioning.

• Played a pivotal role in executing three important projects for the Company, led a team of site engineers and coordinated efforts of contractors and consultants for keeping projects on schedule and within.Projects to Credit:• Tunnel ventilation system- Riyadh Metro.• YASREF Housing Project.• Khulais Site Work & Infrastructure.Selected Results:• Managed and planned 3 projects, shaped initiation plans and roll out strategies, starting from design development, monitored and coordinated the project works at site as per established schedules and operational stages up till final close-out with focus on time as well as costs.• Documented data detailing baseline, performance schedule, work in progress and work completed status into reports and routinely presented the same to senior management along with build in deployable contingency plans.• Ensured adherence to quality control, monitoring compliance with building and safety codes and relevant regulation; performed resource acquisition, vendor negotiations, labor management;identified project risks and managed them to resolution on-time.• Tailor-made the contract terms and conditions for subcontractors/sellers and reviewed/approved the seller invoices in accordance with the contract terms.• Collaborated with the construction manager, MEP subcontractors, and MEP designers to challenge the scope and budget direction while also trying to add value with suggested alternative solutions.
