Working as Maintenance engineer to handle north region 12 outlets according SOPs to maintain electric system, Equipments, HVAC, mechanical and civil work Familiar the Installation and commissioning of open fryer and split vat fryer both electric and gas Responsible in handling electrical issues at different branches Manage the operation and maintenance of Motors/pump/electrical wiring / Generators (100 kva - 500kva) /walkin chillers and walkin freezers Manage the vendors and contractors To handle the 5 technicians in north region and adopt the strategies for smooth operation Manage the spare parts of machines and update inventory To arrange the visits at kfc branches to check the quality of work Familiar the maintenance of hot and cold equipments Prepared weekly and monthly maintenance reports Worked in challenging environment and ability to sustain pressure. To prepared the paid and unpaid expense reports weekly
