Finance Business Partner•Work in partnership with the regional Vice Presidents, District managers, General managers and Store managers to ensure financials targets are being maintained•Developed and maintain weekly KPI report for the entire company that includes sales, payroll, headcount & other metrics needed to run the business successfully• Prepare and present monthly operations P&L and cost center report to the Chief Operating Officer (COO)•Provide and prepare ad-hoc requests for CEO, COO, VP of Finance and Regional VP’s of operations•Support the head of FP&A in setting up the budget, responsible for updating and maintaining financial reporting on a monthly basis which is used to analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends used for budgeting and forecasting

Responsible for analyzing financial trends and developing financial forecasts that plan how specific locations will achieve future earnings, increase revenue, decrease cost, and optimize company performance. Financial Analysis & Reporting- Partner with the operations teams (group leaders, project managers) to prepare the annual Group and project budgets, prepare monthly forecasts and ensure that the proper reporting tools exist to help Operations deliver upon their financial and strategic goals - Coordinate with project managers to build scope change management, monitor and maintain target cash flow, invoicing and profitability for all projects, and update internal monitoring tools and document control processes- Provide insightful analysis for Group leaders and the Americas Region, including monthly actual to budget reviews, variance analysis and preparation of project and Group forecasts - Assist with preparation of the company’s management financial reports - Analyze and interpret trends, costs, revenues and financial commitment to predict future revenues and expenses. - Plan and execute the annual budget process and provide various financial modeling as needed- Work in partnership with invoicing team members and Project Managers to oversee and support the monthly invoicing process- Provide analytical support and other ad hoc financial analyses to the business leaders Project Finance- Implement project specific cost control methods to ensure project profitability - Perform variance analyses and forecasting to identify high risk projects- Chronicled monthly Percentage of Completion accounting for all open projects- Prepare and submit accurate reports on all major issues and monitor client comments for all projects

In this role, I conducted monthly analysis and forecasting of Profit and Loss (P&L) reports, providing insights to senior management on key focus areas. Additionally, I reviewed and monitored Performance Linked Bonus contracts for corporate and retail accounts. I collaborated with the Commercial group to formulate bonus schemes for each country, ensuring alignment with the company's strategy and budget priorities.

In this role, I provided support to the strategic planning, project management, and financial planning and analysis team. My responsibilities included assisting in budgetary planning with a focus on cost effectiveness, designing strategic and financial models for the Finance department, and analyzing trends and forecasts in sales and general business conditions. Additionally, I oversaw and supervised staff, ensuring a high standard of service delivery through training and development. I implemented process improvements by streamlining the invoicing process of the US finance team through automated Excel templates and set up a new bank reconciliation process for faster and more accurate results.

In this role, I played a key role in developing, maintaining, documenting, and enhancing complex financial models. I conducted thorough analysis of intricate billing invoices, identifying abnormalities and proposing corrective actions as needed. My responsibilities involved collaborating with accounting and finance teams to ensure the secure payment and allocation of $30 million in annual expenses billed to First Data. Additionally, I successfully increased revenue by coordinating conference calls and collaborating with internal departments, leading to the recovery of over $500,000 in unpaid third-party registration fees.

In this role, I was responsible for preparing and recording entries for assets, liabilities, revenue, and expenses by compiling and analyzing account information. I successfully re-designed the Accounts Payable (AP) reconciliation process, resulting in significant time savings of 4-6 hours during month-end close. Additionally, I reconciled cash accounts daily, overseeing monthly cash activity totaling over $20 million. Regular analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts was conducted, and any identified issues were promptly reported.

I was tasked with the preparation and review of various financial documents, including reports on Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), as well as statements. I took on the responsibility of overseeing all accounting procedures, collaborating with supervisors to ensure efficiency. Maintenance of the general ledger, coding invoices, establishing new accounts, reconciling accounts, and managing the monthly book closure process were key aspects of my responsibilities.
