My career goal is to work for an organization concerned with human rights, gender-based violence, youth engagement, refugee crisis and the justice process. I have experience in coordinating various projects, preparing program proposals, budgets, narratives and financial reports, arranging and administering various events, communicating with different stakeholders, facilitating training programs, and overseeing youth and volunteer engagements for more than three and a half years. In addition, I have experience conducting research and fieldwork, taking testimonies of survivors by following no harm policy, preparing stories of survivors, writing reports, preparing transcription, managing database of information etc. I also have experiences in working at Rohingya makeshift camps of Cox’s Bazar and Bhashan Char. Prior to that, as a Researcher and Contributor, I also worked for two publications in the context of the Rohingya Genocide and one for the memorialization initiative in the aftermath of Bangladesh Genocide. In previous years, I successfully completed two international projects in collaboration with Transitional Justice Asia Network (TJAN), Indonesia and Liberation War Museum, Bangladesh. Besides, I have professional membership of TJAN, Indonesia and International Association for Genocide Scholars (IAGS). Finally, I am willing to travel in the field locally or globally on a temporary or permanent basis as needed for the purpose of working.
