Also responsible for strategic, tactical, and operational management and execution of all aspects of the company mission following its methodology and management practices. • Executing Agile practices and the ability to coach team members on processes and tools. • Effectively communicate with the Program Manager and various senior management regarding risk mitigation and contingency planning. Providing weekly, monthly, and quarterly contract reporting and play a role in the growth of the program. • Providing leadership for the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategy.• Leading the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships, and external relationships• Contribute to the development of SDLC procedures to support EA controls and metrics• Defining EA maturity road map and practices related to EA governance and partner with EA heads to implement key architecture governance frameworks including ongoing process review, improvements, execution, analysis & adoption of new governance processes. • Having project and task management experience successfully delivering projects on-time, within budget and in scope• Managing teams of resources, including sub-contractors, and provide leadership and mentoring to the staff, as needed• Participating in and/or lead the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client and contract• Managing communications across project teams• Having strong organizational, presentation and customer communication skills
