- Ensure daily 25000 Merchant payment (A/C transfers, EFTN and Pay order)- Merchant payment reconciliation - Sundry & suspense reconciliation Portfolio GL wise (AMEX/VISA/Master) - Branch payment sundry, suspense & Portfolio GL reconciliation- Credit card payment posting on CMS (Tranzware) and subsequent posting in Finacle.- City touch, Recycler ATM, Manual payment and FDD card payment posting- Execute all rectification of payments made by branch or customer as per policy- Merchant Payment dealing with internet payment gateway (i.e- CNS, BRTA, Desco)- Auto debit (SI) execution as per statement due date- Dispute suspicious fund hold/release and reversal as per dispute team confirmation- Write off payment booking & NOC fess realization- Audit trail making of executed voucher for internal & external auditors- Ensure all execution meets all internal compliance & BB guide lines

Dispute Management:- Issuing VISA, NPSB dispute and Q-cash dispute & customer feedback- ONUS Dispute, ATM journal & different GL Dispute management reconcile- Attended& solved almost 1000 all type of issuing dispute cases  - Correctly execute and track chargeback/re-presentments to ensure successful recovery- Make-certain that all chargeback, re-presentment, arbitration activities are handled in accordance to statutory requirements.- Confer with clients to determine their complaints regarding unauthorized credit card transactions. EMI Execution:- Executing requested EMI on CMS as per category- Daily 30/40 zero (0%) interest EMI execution- Imposing processing fees of with interest EMI or non-tied up merchant POS transaction EMI- Querying with merchant and customers to resolve their issues Card personalization:- Batch process/ Data fetch from CMS for personalization - Personalized more than 60,000 all type of EMV chip credit, debit & prepaid card.- Maintaining 100,000 blank plastic stock & cards consumable items of card Personalization- Operating& troubleshooting 4 types of card personalization embosser machine of different brand’s model (MX2100 Data card, ZT10 Matica and SE48)- Communicating with different vendors of card personalization (ITCL TW_CMS & Card Factory, Leads Corporation, LOS Technologies & Lark etc.)- Bill processing of different vendors & purchase requisition of card personalization consumables.

Customer Service and Maintenance: (January 1st 2017 to May 31 2018)- Served & solved more than 2500 plus customer regarding all types card related issues.- Daily attended 20/25 customer regarding different types card related services.- Meet up 30 plus queries of internal & external card customer service related issues through mail communication.- Executed 500 plus Passport Endorsement in Card Management system.- Card limit conversion (BDT to USD or USD to BDT in system)- Above 2000 Static data updated (DOB, Mobile number, Address change, daily transaction limit updates, SMS alert enrollment, E-commerce transaction activation and Credit shield activation & deactivation.CRM- Card Underwriting (Backup member January 1st 2017 to Dec 31 2017)- Income assessment of credit card applicant’s based on the provided financial document- Cross check all the necessary reports i.e. CIB, CPV and de-duplication check with the bank MIS- DBR calculation and limit fixation as per PPG and BB Guideline- Approval/Rejection recommendation to senior official for decision as per delegation- Preparing proposal for enhancement of credit limit for existing borrowers- Maintaining correspondence with the branches and with other banks regarding credit card security and information regarding of various customers information- Assist line manager regarding various policy development issues as per BB Guideline

Cards Personalization Operation, Cards Division.Eastern Bank Limited Gulshan North, Road-53, Gulshan circle-2Dhaka-1212Duties/Responsibilities:1. Personalized all credit, debit, prepaid & other cards (ex: payroll, ACCA & co Branded card etc.) by generating embossing file. 2. Updating photo and signature of credit card holder for photo & sign verification3.Regular PIN generation4. Maintain all cards, PIN report & register book to keep recoded.5. Maintain MIS & register for blank plastic stock reconciliation6. Stock monitoring of cards consumable items and timely reorder7. Proper maintenance of card & PIN printing equipment & embosser machineries ( DATA card & Metica) 8. Template creation as per plastic design9. Track data checking after personalization 10. Updating data for card delivery management team11. Proper management of secured data of card personalization12. Vendor communication for timely support whenever required13.
