EMI Execution:- Executing requested EMI on CMS as per category- Daily 30/40 zero (0%) interest EMI execution- Imposing processing fees of with interest EMI or non-tied up merchant POS transaction EMI- Querying with merchant and customers to resolve their issues Card personalization:- Batch process/ Data fetch from CMS for personalization - Personalized more than 60,000 all type of EMV chip credit, debit & prepaid card.- Maintaining 100,000 blank plastic stock & cards consumable items of card Personalization- Operating& troubleshooting 4 types of card personalization embosser machine of different brand’s model (MX2100 Data card, ZT10 Matica and SE48)- Communicating with different vendors of card personalization (ITCL TW_CMS & Card Factory, Leads Corporation, LOS Technologies & Lark etc.)- Bill processing of different vendors & purchase requisition of card personalization consumables.
