* Develop Product as per Buyer mention tech pack & measurement sketch.* Able to work with product manager to make his imagine as a development or proto sample.* Able to work with foreign colleague. *Styling Ensure + Measurement+Fitting Ensure.* Check Pattern as per tech pack.* Check all kind of acces.*Check Fitting, PP, Size Set sample b4 sending to customer.*Performing PP meeting style & order wise .*Check factory in-house quality procedure and advice to follow our required criteria.*Check the pattern b4 cutting if found ok then gives permission for trial cutting.*Check the lot wise shrinkage b4 bulk cutting accordingly adjust the pattern.*Check Print, Embroidery with approval strike off and give approval.*Check the accs. file wise and give approval the bulk QC file.*Doing process check machine to machine at style input lay out starting period.*Check Technical issue's if found problem & solve quickly.*Follow up of production as well as quality of daily production and report to office.*Perform Pre –final and final inspection.* Monitor all kind of garments test.* Lise to buying team & customer.* Able to give pattern correction if any fittings or measurements discrepency.*Abel to check pepper pattern with supper imposed*Attented tech meeting * Abel to cooparete with buyer via email or video call* Abel to create workbook each style * Abel to upload comments individual buyer website * Abel to train up all vendor.
