- Reporting to CEO- Manage finance, accounting, cost accounting, controlling, administration, POS fraud and legal functions- Participate global expansion of the Company in terms of corporate & legal set-up- Lead set-up and development of payment systems and accounting of US and EU Subsidiaries- Leading a team of 18 people- Experience in R&D and Teknopark.

- Reporting to Sub-Region Head- Management of Sub-Region's finance, accounting, credit and collection, controlling, administration, IT and legal functions- Leading a team of 18 people including financial controllers and 2 managers

- Reporting to General Manager (since January 2012)- Preparation of annual plan, budget and financial scenarios - Forecast of the cash flow of the Company and inform Management for the projections- Responsible from month-end closings and coordination with other departments for accurate presentation of the financial statements- Monthly financial reporting.

- Manage financial, tax and accounting tasks of the Company- Perform headquarter reporting according to group guideline, prepare management reports for general manager and assist in all finance related issues.- Set up annual budget and follow-up variances, and also prepare forecasts and cash flow- Manage relations with tax authorities, social security.

- Extensive experience in financial reporting under IFRS, Turkish GAAP (Capital Market Board Standards) and US GAAP. Specialized in consolidation, taxation and foreign currency conversions- Responsible from the audit teams of various sector clients including Turkcell and its subsidiaries (US GAAP), TAV, Geden Lines, Fiba Holding, Siemens Business Services.
