As an Accounts Executive my responsibilities include but not limited to:Oversee the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, ensuring adherence to established procedures and controls.Monitor aging reports to identify overdue invoices and coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve outstanding.Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounts payable records, supporting month-end and year-end close processes.Collaborate with the finance team to prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and analyses related to accounts payable activities.Maintain compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls, coordinating with auditors as needed.
