The services offered by HADID International Services are Permits, Handling, Fuel supply, Charter, Flight planning, Slots & Transportation.Responsibilities :Arranging fuel services for aircraft worldwide & Send confirmation brief to customer once services is confirmed within specified deadlines and in accordance with statutory requirements and company policy.- Reply to customer’s queries concerning fuel availability and related issues- Getting prices from suppliers on the effective date.- Send fuel prices to customers monthly or upon request.- Informing customers with any change in price if already quoted with old one- Select, negotiate and establish agreement with fuel vendors.- Planning and scheduling fuel deliveries for customers worldwide (ad-hoc and scheduled flights )- Providing all fuel related information (fuel availability, NOTAM or any restrictions, flight movement etc.) to the customers/operators that may affect the operations.

Obtaining overfly & landing clearances for different flights worldwide- Arranging Slot and PPR worldwide- Send clearances number/approval to customer once granted- Reply to customer’s queries concerning permit related issues- Arranging ground handling services worldwide including (ground handling, airport fees, hotac, transportation, catering, crew Visas, GAT, VIP&CIP lounge, and meet & assist)- Send Handling confirmation brief to customer once services is confirmed- Obtaining airport information from agent on due time- Obtaining weather reports and airport charts- Coordinate with customer and agent for getting and conveying flight movement on time- Following flight operation and deliver flight paper, flight plan, and any documents required by customer to flight crew on time by coordinating with agent.
