• Overall supervision & monitoring of office activities i.e. Sales, Accounts, Administration, Medical and Guest House etc.• To keep close contact with Head Office for seeking advice on various issues and implementation at Zonal Office Lahore in an effective manner.• To implement Sales policies issued by Head Office in accordance with the prevalent rules & regulations.• To market Pakistan Steel products to existing and potential consumers of steel products.• To apprise customers about the use of PSM products and act as coordinator for improvement in quality of the products.• To keep update status of local / imported steel market conditions and to convey the market intelligence to Head Office.• To arrange meetings of senior officials of Pakistan Steel with dealers.• Any other liaison assignments given by Head Office time to time including court related matters.

• 2nd in command to Incharge (Sales) and worked as In-charge “Hot Rolled (HR) Products and Dealership Section”.• Boosting-up the sale of HR Products by getting in touch with different potential customers.• Attending the visiting customers, resolve their queries & problems and apprise them of the current sales policies.• Conducting survey of different consumer / trader to check out the annual consumption and requirement of the products of Pakistan Steel for awarding new dealership.• Conducting Local Market Intelligence Survey regarding Pakistan Steel Products and imported / locally produced material available in market.• To have a close liaison with Head Office for allocation of demanded material by customers and for dealership cases.• Supervising the process of signing contracts of HR products with customers.• Keep record of contracts and NORs of each customer.• Signing Delivery Orders (DOs) of customers for allocated material.• Processing the cases for award of new dealership after conducting survey under the DNS-04.• Performing protocol duties with high dignitaries of Pakistan Steel and Ministry of Production, as and when required.• Looking after administrative related matters in the absence of Admin In-charge.
