• Worked closely with cross-HMG departmental internal audit teams to ensure work plans were synchronised whilst also managing audit issues and risks. I worked with Programme Teams to follow through with relevant actions and recommendations from key reviews.• Initiated delivery of Counter Fraud seminar bringing both DFID and FCO Internal Audit Department Teams to co-present together for the first time.• Worked as part of FCO Audit Teams to carry out audits of CSSF programmes in Algeria and Iraq.

• On monitoring and evaluations, I worked as part of x –Whitehall teams to deliver programme level Annual Reviews for CSSF Organised Immigration Crime Task Force, Migration Central Route, and for two years running, Counter Terrorism Programme Fund (CTPF).• I supported the JFU on transparency, briefings and Middle East North Africa programme analysis, and drafting weekly NSS Director updates.• I supported CTPF on the development and maintenance of governance structures that reflect CSSF standards on finance, and results. I provided briefings for SMS officers and represented at CSSF Board (Counter Terrorism Programme Fund & Migration Fund).

• In response to NSC priorities and the 2015-16 migration crisis, I worked to establish the CSSF Migration Returns Fund & Board with shared responsibility for oversight of £15m Official Development Assistance (ODA) funding.• I built strong relationships with project teams across numerous tricky X-WH stakeholders, developed capacity of our Posts overseas, and delivered in pace across numerous areas of strategic focus, including senior briefings.• I worked with Posts to deliver Programme Management best practice and advice on programme design, value for money, strategy and integrating delivery.

- I managed a team of HO Officers to deliver operational support for Immigration enforcement Arrest Team operations. - Delivered unique Integrated Management IT systems to provide oversight across operational processes.- Transformed the team’s dynamics across all key roles so as to be able to provide resilience and continuity.

- Programme management and oversight of FCO strategic funds - worked closely with OGD’s and British Missions overseas to design and deliver a range of cost effective classified CT projects across overseas CONTEST strategy.- Financial governance and sign off on £80K and oversight over HM gifting, contracting, and procurement.

- Only Government seconded DV Officer in the first ever Olympic GIC.- Led on developing Intelligence programmes in support of security operations - delivering intelligence briefings to senior and coordinating alerts for Olympic & Parlympic Games 2012. - Managed and delivered a complex portfolio of projects and programmes in support of the GIC, and Whitehall.- Exercise and testing lead for GIC - drafted exercise sequence of events and post exercise reports and Concept of Operations / Standard Operating Procedures for GIC. - Resolved conflicts that arose in projects / programmes through external UK Agency liaisons.- Ensured contractual obligations for all programmes were met through financial consideration of value and efficiency.
