1) Implementation of Enterprise Solutions:- Routing and Switching (main Cisco)- Firewalls (FTD, ASA, Fortigate, Sophos)- Wireless (Cisco WLC AireOS based and IOS XE, Cisco Mobility Express, Cisco Flex, FortiAP, Grandstream, Aruba)2) L3 technical support

- Design, implement, install, configure, and maintain networking and security related products/services suchas Routers, Switches, Wireless controllers, Access Points, Network Management Systems, NG Firewalls,Endpoint security solutions, backup solutions, call managers.- Performing network assessment and security audits for clients and generating proper reports.- Opening cases with vendors and communicating with vendor’s support teams to resolve any encounteredcomplex problems in the assigned projects.- Preparing High Level Design (HLD) and Low Level Design (LLD), Network Ready for Use (NRFU) and NetworkImplementation Plan (NIP) documents.- Providing Handover training sessions for clients upon project completion.- Providing technical support for clients under active SLAs.- Conducting Wireless Site Surveys and Wireless Network Designs.- Deliver comprehensive and compelling presentations and demonstrations via webex or face to face- Coordinating with the group technical team and project managers to ensure proper implementations andsmooth project delivery.- Preparing and providing Internal Technical support and Training sessions for other team members- Acting as technical escalation point/consultant for presales/sales team for specific advanced pre-sales cases- Preparing and completing certifications within a specified timeframe as per the company’s requirements

- Involved with on-site projects implementation and support.- Configure LAN, WAN, Wireless and edge Security equipment (Cisco, Aruba, Mikrotik, Sophos, Fortinet).- Implementing VOIP projects with Grandstream for small, mid. and large businesses.- Ensuring that service agreements are met.- Provide support on projects on-site or remotely.- Developing professional documentation for projects.

- Provide daily support and system administration for company customers.- Monthly on-site visits, checking equipments and apply needed modifications.- Configure firewall, AP, routers, switches to set standards.- Fix customers issues remotly or by visiting sites.- Prepare new computers (PC,Laptop).- Deeply invovled in identifying, diagnosing & resolving network problems accross sites.

• Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP Model.• Deep understanding of networking protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP,802.11, etc).• Keep network infrastructure up-to-date and secure.• Identify and recommend needed and optimal infrastructure improvements.• Troubleshooting issues within the network to ensure it is running efficiently and avoids all potential futureproblems.• Maintain all network documentation for hardware, configuration and licensing.• Ability to deal with multi-vendor devices (Cisco, Mikrotik, HP, TP-Link).• DataCenter Design (electrical power, network design, organize cabling).• Monitoring Full network equipment through PRTG, CACTI, and dude.• Configure and Install PTP and PTM Links (Mikrotik, mimosa).• Deep understanding and Installation relationship between Radius, NAS and PPPoE servers.

• Specialize in providing IT maintenance and support for company customers (ex :Libraries, Hospitals, Supermarkets) on all Lebanese territory.• Installing and Configuring computer systems (ex: customer new branch, new project implementation).• Diagnosing Hardware/Software faults and solving technical problems at the customer side (ex: install newequipment, change server RAM, Hard-disk, change Hardware decision).
