It was a three month training in the hotel, I was trained for a month and a Half on front desk (check in, check out and guest relations). Concierge duties (everything related to customers` leisure time, restaurant reservations and touristic trips arrangement.

In addition to annual seminars all through my service period about social work, public relations. In addition to extracurricular activities for school students in south Lebanon and Palestinian cam (Burj Al Shamali) after July war. Moreover I used to do monthly reports directly to the president of the organization about the overall work flow.

A Ten-month training about Youth, Municipalities and municipal law. At the end of the training I had to write a full detailed report about the whole training and submit it to the project manager, and I took my certificate after my report.

I worked all through the 33 day war on Lebanon as a president of a refugee center. I had over a thousand refugee. I was responsible for all their needs from A to Z.
