►Working on factory set KPI (Quality Metrics-Customer Claims, Charge back, Cut-Ship Ratio, Seconds, Reference Sample Pass Rate, External Technical Audit Score) & monitoring Individual team members KPI performance.►Hold the responsibility of total quality assurance operation and achieve KPIs in a respective unit. Report to Quality DGM. ►Associate with other sections (Pattern, Accessories, Fabric, Cutting, Embellishment, sewing etc.) and provide technical troubleshooting with correct product specifications for productivity and efficiency.►Maintaining and improving the company's existing Quality Management System.►Controlling needle point & end line quality by using TLS & TAG system.►Follow up on raw materials quality, manufacturing processes, quality standards & team performance.►Overall leading the production floor peoples for standard quality.►Working with Development/Merchandizing/Fabric /Cutting /Production/Maintenance/ Embroidery /Printing /Store /Washing & Finishing, Operator training, strategic alignment for training development with business goal, mission and vison. I am supervising and overlooking total quality development & technical supporting at kenpark.► Follow up Proto, Fit Sample Development stage & give technical support to avoid critical issue in bulk period.►Follow up in the factory on product quality, difficulties in critical points during Sales Man Sample (SMS) Period. ►Give technical support to update CSC Tech- Pack before starting of bulk production. ►Follow up in the factory during the production period by doing Size-Set Sample Review, PP Sample Review; conducting PP Meeting, Pilot Run Inspection, Inline Inspection, and Final Inspection based on brand AQL etc. ►Uploading Final Inspection Report in Quick-Base (Data based Software).►Follow up on NCI’s issue in factory and provide solution.

► Follow up Proto, Fit Sample Development stage size set ,pp sample & give technical support to avoid critical issue in bulk period.►Follow up in the factory on product quality, difficulties in critical points during pilot stage.Product and process Risk Analysis meeting with respective department based on CTP (Critical to process) and CTQ (Critical to quality) .inline ,End line , pre-final and final inspection overall lead quality team
