Summary :Oversee, planning, managing and monitoring system development to ensure all projects & enhancements can be delivered meet agreed target and schedule. Detail:- In charge of all aspects of IT System Development for Individual and Group Application including plan and manage short & long term goals and strategy, staff recruitment and career planning, system design and application development- Lead and manage a team of application developers & system analysts in handling core systems for Individual Life, Group Application (Employee Benefit), Pension System, Credit Life System, and other applications such as website, IVR, etc- Plan and monitor development timeline, budget, and resources to meet the project plan- Liaise with IT BA and Business Users to support projects & enhancements- Participate in vendor selection to ensure in technology & technical aspects meet with corporate standard- Participate in IT enhancement demand management to manage timeline and priority- Manage & meeting 3rd party vendors- System integration- Participate in system impact analysis - Review the design document and software requirements to ensure the quality of software delivery- Ensure system development is comply with IT standard and procedures- Supporting for BAU, Enhancement, Production Support/Bug Fixing, and Projects- Support for IT DRP

• Individual Life Core System Replacement (Convert OLAS to eBao Tech Core System) In charge : Gap analysis, System Integration, and Data Migration• Responsible to manage Individual Life Insurance Sub Systems (Such as : Sales Illustration System [SIS], New Business Administration system [NBA], Unit Link System [ULS], Agent Administration and Maintenance System [AAMAIN), etc) and Group Application System • Manage Peripheral System (Such as IVR, SMS, Website, Agent Web)• Support Customer Reporting (Currently outsource to RDS and XPRINS)• Manage IT development team to support new product setup implementation into the system (related to new product launching)• Analyze and design the system to support the business requirements • Ensure all project requirements were properly documented, developed, meet business requirements and project deadline • Prepare and perform unit and system test• Resource management and leading a team of application developer to contribute the development of new system solutions (using .net and java web base) and maintain current system including system analysis, design, programming, and technical documentation • Ensure system development is comply with IT standards and procedures• Support IT DRP : ensure application fully connected and available• Analyze and solve problem in daily operation

Support Core Banking System for Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI)• Develop new transaction and change request of eBranch Delivery System (eBDS) Teller System [Web based Application]• Maintenance eBranch Delivery System (eBDS) Teller System• Testing and make a test script for user• Prepare database and data that is needed in implementation of new branches• Help client/user to identify and solve problem in daily operation
